KingRecruitingServices is assisting a hospital-employed system in Northeastern Oregon to recruit a Pediatrician for outpatient care. The role offers a predictable 4-day work week (four 10-hour days) with on-site support, scribes, and EPIC EHR integration.

New graduates are welcome; the team includes 4 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner. Relocation assistance is available within a supportive rural community with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license or eligible.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to rural pediatric care.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive pediatric visits in outpatient clinic.
• Manage acute illnesses with 1:1 dedicated support staff.
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with 4 physicians.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, labs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in the community.
