Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Pediatrician to join a hospital-employed team in rural Northeastern Oregon. This outpatient clinic offers a 4-day work week, strong on-site support, dedicated scribes, and integrated behavioral health services, with relocation assistance available.

New graduates are welcome. The role includes 15–20 patient visits daily, a 1:4 call rotation with four seasoned physicians, EPIC EHR with scribe support, and a collaborative care model focused on family-centered

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for credentialing).
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to pediatric care.
• Interest in practicing in a rural, community-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive health visits, and acute illness management for pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic.
• See an average of 15–20 patients per day with 1:1 dedicated support staff.
• Participate in a manageable 1:4 shared call rotation with four experienced physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with dedicated scribe support for clinicians seeing 15+ patients per day.
• Collaborate with on-site behavioral health specialists, lab staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Foster long-term relationships with children and families in the rural community.
