Job summary

A premier rural Northeastern Oregon pediatric practice is seeking a Pediatrician to join a hospital-employed team. This permanent, full-time position offers a 4-day week, robust on-site support, and a comprehensive benefits package in a scenic rural community.

New graduates are welcome. Enjoy work-life balance with 4 days of outpatient clinical care, patient volumes of 15–20 daily, and strong collaboration with behavioral health and care teams.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Oregon medical license or eligible for credentialing
• Strong clinical skills with compassionate pediatric care
• Interest in rural, community-based care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive visits for pediatric patients in outpatient clinic
• See 15–20 patients per day with 1:1 medical support staff
• Participate in a 1:4 shared call rotation with four physicians
• Use EPIC EHR with dedicated scribe support for higher patient volumes
• Collaborate with on-site behavioral health, lab staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Foster long-term relationships with children and families in the rural community
