Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Pediatrician to join a hospital-employed team in Northeastern Oregon. The position offers a four 10-hour day schedule in a rural outpatient clinic with EPIC EHR and on-site support, including scribes and behavioral health integration.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license or eligible for credentialing.
• Strong clinical skills with compassionate pediatric care.
• Interest in rural, community-based healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive visits for pediatric patients.
• See 15–20 patients per day with dedicated support staff guidance.
• Participate in a 1:4 shared call rotation with four physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with on-site scribes for high-volume days.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, lab, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in the community.
