True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Pediatrician to join a hospital-employed team in rural Northeastern Oregon. This outpatient role offers a predictable four 10-hour days schedule with strong on-site support and behavioral health integration.

New graduates are welcome. You will provide primary care, preventive services, and acute management for pediatric patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and utilizing EPIC EHR with dedicated scribes for higher patient loads.

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for credentialing).

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventative health visits, and acute illness management for pediatric patients in outpatient setting.
• See an average of 15–20 patients per day with support staff.
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation with four physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for higher patient volumes.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, lab, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in a rural community.
