Management Performance Associates is seeking a Pediatrician in Northeastern Oregon to join a hospital-employed, rural health system. The role offers a four 10-hour-day schedule and outpatient clinic duties in a Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home model with on-site support and EPIC EHR.
New graduates welcome. Competitive incentives include sign-on/relocation bonus, student loan assistance, and an annual CME stipend. On-site malpractice coverage and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Competenze
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for immediate state credentialing)
Mansioni
- Provide comprehensive primary care, preventative health visits and acute illness management for pediatric patients in outpatient setting
- See 15–20 patients per day with 1:1 dedicated medical staff
- Participate in 1:4 shared call rotation with four physicians
- Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for higher volume clinics
- Collaborate with on-site behavioral health, lab staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Foster ongoing relationships with children and families in rural community
