Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Pediatrician for a hospital-employed role in rural Northeastern Oregon. This outpatient clinic offers a stable 4-day work week (four 10-hour days) with robust on-site support, scribe assistance, and integrated behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active Oregon medical license or eligible for credentialing.
• Strong clinical skills with compassionate pediatric care.
• Interest in rural, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive visits, and acute illness management in outpatient pediatrics.
• See 15–20 patients per day with dedicated medical support staff.
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with four physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribes for 15+ patients per day.
• Collaborate with on-site behavioral health, labs, and care teams.
• Foster long-term relationships with children and families.
