Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. places a Pediatrician in a hospital-employed rural Northeastern Oregon system.

You will provide primary and urgent pediatric care in an outpatient setting with 4 physicians and a nurse practitioner, enjoying a 4-day work week, on-site support, and strong collaborative care with behavioral health and laboratory teams. New graduates are welcome; competitive bonuses include sign-on, relocation support, and CME assistance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for immediate credentialing)
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to pediatric care in a rural setting

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive visits, and acute illness management in an outpatient clinic
• See 15–20 patients per day with dedicated medical support staff
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with four physicians
• Collaborate with behavioral health, lab staff and care teams
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in rural communities
