Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Pediatrician to join a rural Northeastern Oregon hospital-employed team of four physicians and one nurse practitioner. The role offers four 10-hour days and an outpatient clinic with on-site support, scribes, and behavioral health integration.

New graduates are welcome. Competitive incentives include RVU bonuses, up to $30,000 yearly quality incentives, a $40,000 sign-on/relocation bonus, student loan assistance, CME stipend, and a full benefits package

Formación

• MD/DO degree in pediatrics required.
• Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics.
• Active Oregon medical license or eligibility for credentialing.
• Strong clinical skills with compassionate pediatric care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventative visits for pediatric patients in outpatient clinic.
• See 15–20 patients per day with dedicated scribe support.
• Participate in a 1:4 shared call rotation with four physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for high-volume days.
• Collaborate with on-site behavioral health, lab, and care teams.
• Foster long-term relationships with children and families in the rural community.
