Job summary

Calqulate is seeking a Pediatrician to join a rural Northeastern Oregon outpatient clinic. The team comprises four physicians and one nurse practitioner, offering a predictable four-day workweek with on-site support and integrated behavioral health services.

New graduates are welcome. The position includes a sign-on/relocation bonus and strong incentives, with full benefits and malpractice coverage. EPIC EHR is used with dedicated scribe support for higher patient volumes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Oregon medical license or eligible for credentialing
• Strong clinical skills with compassionate pediatric care

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive pediatric visits in an outpatient clinic
• See 15–20 patients per day with dedicated support staff
• Participate in 1:4 shared call rotation with four physicians
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for 15+ patients/day
• Collaborate with on-site behavioral health, lab staff, and care teams
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in a rural community
