LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Pediatrician to join a hospital-employed rural health team in Northeastern Oregon. The role offers a flexible 4-day schedule with outpatient care and a supportive on-site staff, including scribes and behavioral health services.

New graduates are welcome to apply as part of a collaborative group of four physicians and one nurse practitioner. Compensation includes bonuses, loan assistance, and relocation support in a stable rural setting.

Qualificações

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for immediate credentialing).
• Compassionate, high-quality pediatric care.
• Interest in rural, community-based practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive visits and acute illness management in an outpatient setting.
• See an average of 15–20 patients per day with 1:1 dedicated medical support staff.
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with four physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for high-volume days.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, laboratory staff and care teams.
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in the rural community.
