Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a Pediatrician for a hospital-employed system in rural Northeastern Oregon. This permanent, full-time position offers a four 10-hour day schedule in an outpatient clinic with a collaborative team of four physicians and one nurse practitioner.

The role features 15–20 patient visits daily, 1:4 call, EPIC EHR with scribe support, robust benefits, sign-on/relocation, loan repayment assistance, CME funds, and a strong commitment to work-life balance in a community-focused

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for immediate credentialing).
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality pediatric care.
• Interest in rural, community-based healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventative health visits, and acute illness management in an outpatient pediatric clinic.
• See an average of 15–20 patients per day with dedicated staff support.
• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with four physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for clinicians seeing 15+ patients per day.
• Collaborate with on-site behavioral health, lab staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in the rural community.
