Job summary

Hire Consulting Services is seeking a Pediatrician for a hospital-employed rural practice in Northeastern Oregon. The position offers a four 10-hour day schedule, outpatient clinic, and a strong support team, including medical scribes and behavioral health services.

New graduates are welcome; you will provide primary care, preventive visits, and acute illness management, with 1:4 call rotation and EPIC EHR with scribes. Comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance are included.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Oregon medical license or eligible for credentialing
• Strong clinical pediatric skills and compassionate care
• Interest in rural, community-based practice

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive visits, and acute illness management for pediatric patients in an outpatient clinic
• See 15–20 patients per day with 1:1 dedicated medical support staff
• Participate in a 1:4 shared call rotation with four physicians
• Utilize EPIC EHR with dedicated scribe support for clinicians seeing 15+ patients daily
• Collaborate with behavioral health, lab, and multidisciplinary teams
• Build long-term relationships with children and families in the rural community
