Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Pediatrician for a rural Northeastern Oregon facility. The role offers a four 10-hour day schedule with outpatient focus and on-site support, including medical scribes and behavioral health integration.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active and unrestricted Oregon medical license (or eligible for immediate credentialing).
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to pediatric care.
• Interest in rural, community-based healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, preventive health visits, and acute illness management in an outpatient pediatric setting.
• See 15–20 patients per day with 1:1 dedicated medical support staff.
• Participate in 1:4 call rotation with four physicians.
• Utilize EPIC EHR with scribe support for high-volume days.
• Collaborate with behavioral health, lab, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Foster long-term relationships with children and families.
