Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. in Montana seeks an Account Executive to grow referrals and educate providers in respiratory therapies, wound care, and diabetes management. The role covers the Miles City office with in-person visits to rural referrals and a base salary of $45k/year plus uncapped commission.

Experienced candidates may earn up to $50k/year base with commission; travel is required, and a strong focus on building relationships and meeting goals is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four year college degree preferred or equivalent.
• Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred.
• 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.
• Independent and resourceful with autonomy and accountability.
• Excellent communicator with ability to simplify complex topics and build trust.
• Willingness to travel; in-person visits throughout assigned rural territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas.
• Educate healthcare providers about Rotech's products, services, and value-based care.
• Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts.
• Partner with our local team to ensure seamless service.
• Report sales activity and territory trends to management via call planner.
• In-person visits to referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Attend in-person Sales Academy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
