Job summary

Rotech Healthcare is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in our national home healthcare portfolio. You will develop referral relationships, educate providers, and manage a rural territory with in-person visits and sales strategy execution.

The role offers a base salary of $48k/year plus uncapped commissions; experienced candidates may earn up to $53k base depending on experience, with significant upside from performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred.
• Valid driver's license in state of residence with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals, clinics, and service areas.
• Educate healthcare providers about Rotech's products and value-based care.
• Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts.
• Travel to in-person visits throughout the assigned territory.
• Report sales activity and territory trends to management.
• Attend in-person Sales Academy and perform other duties as assigned.
