Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. in High Point, NC seeks an Account Executive to expand our rural territory with hospitals, clinics, and referral sources. You will educate providers about our products, manage relationships, and close new accounts to drive growth.

The role offers a base salary of $45k/year with uncapped commissions; experienced candidates may earn up to $50k base plus commissions. Travel is required to visit referral sources in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel to assigned rural territory.
• Ability to educate providers and build referral relationships.
• Experience in B2B or healthcare sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas.
• Educate healthcare providers about Rotech's products, services, and value-based care.
• Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts
• Partner with our local team to ensure seamless service
• Report sales activity and territory trends to management via call planner
• In person visits to referral sources within the assigned territory
• Attend in person Sales Academy
• Performs other duties as assigned
