Job summary

Rotech Healthcare is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in our national home healthcare network. You will develop referral relationships, educate providers, and close new accounts across a rural territory with a base salary of $45k/year plus uncapped commission.

Experienced candidates may earn a higher base with additional commission eligibility. This role emphasizes travel to referral sources, in-person visits, and collaboration with local teams to deliver seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel and cover rural territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas.
• Educate healthcare providers about Rotech's products and value-based care.
• Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts.
• Partner with our local team to ensure seamless service.
• Report sales activity and territory trends to management via call planner.
• In-person visits to referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Attend in-person Sales Academy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
