Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. in Whiteville, NC is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in our rural respiratory and home health product portfolio.

You will cultivate referral relationships, educate clinicians about our therapies, and expand the customer base across hospitals, clinics, and other service areas. This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, travel within your territory, and the chance to contribute to patient access to essential care while advancing your sales career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four year college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in respiratory or medical sales preferred.
• Leadership experience in other areas or fields is a plus.
• Proven sales performer with 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Willingness to travel for in-person territory visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas.
• Educate healthcare providers about Rotech's products, services, and value-based care.
• Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts.
• Partner with our local team to ensure seamless service.
• Report sales activity and territory trends to management via call planner.
• In person visits to referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Attend in person Sales Academy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
