Rotech Healthcare Inc. in High Point, NC is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth in rural territories, educate providers, and build referral networks.

This role offers a base salary of $45k with uncapped commissions; experienced candidates may earn more with referrals. Successful candidates travel regionally to hospitals and clinics and join a supportive team.

You will manage accounts, report activity, and participate in Sales Academy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in respiratory or medical sales preferred.
• 2+ years in B2B or healthcare sales preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Willingness to travel for in-person visits throughout assigned rural territory.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships within hospitals, physician clinics, and other service areas.
• Educate healthcare providers about Rotech's products, services, and value-based care.
• Own your rural territory: prospect, present, and close new accounts.
• Partner with our local team to ensure seamless service.
• Report sales activity and territory trends to management via call planner.
• In-person visits to referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Attend in-person Sales Academy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
