Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4–6 years in contract administration, grants/financial administration, or related operations.
• Experience supporting contract or sub-award processes; drafting/routing agreements and tracking approvals.
• Knowledge of sub-award agreements, consultant contracts, invoicing, and basic compliance; university/government/grant-funded environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage sub-award, consultant, and vendor contracts for the Rural Health Transformation Program.
• Track invoicing, payments, and compliance in coordination with Office of General Counsel and NU finance teams.
• Support execution of hospital efficiency fund agreements and related deliverables.
