You will help coordinate meetings, document proceedings, and ensure smooth delivery of two closely linked work streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3-5 years of relevant experience in program or project coordination, event/meeting logistics, or administrative support.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating recurring meetings and workshops for multiple external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and technical abilities; excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical, administrative, and stakeholder engagement support across two related work streams.
• Coordinate recurring meetings, convenings, and notes; prepare agendas and distribute materials.
• Synthesize meeting notes into clear summaries for internal and Department-facing reporting.
