Advocate Health in High Point, NC seeks a committed Respiratory Therapist to provide critical respiratory care on night shifts. You will manage ventilation, patient monitoring, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, evidence-based treatments. NBRC RRT, NC license, and BLS are required, with PALS/NRP and ACLS within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with NBRC.
• NC license to practice as an RCP.
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP within defined timelines.

Responsabilités

• Provide respiratory therapies per standards and policies.
• Initiate and maintain mechanical ventilation and airway support.
• Report procedures to relief staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform point-of-care testing and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide invasive and non-invasive patient monitoring.
• Maintain current knowledge and QA to improve service quality.
• Deliver age-appropriate, developmentally appropriate patient care.
