Job summary

Advocate Health's High Point Medical Center - Respiratory Therapy Services is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for full-time night shifts in High Point, NC. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, with a pay range of $30.70 - $46.05 per hour and a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Requirements include graduation from an AMA-approved program or NBRC registry eligibility, NC RCP licensure, and BLS. PALS/NRP and ACLS are required within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by NBRC and NC license required.
• BLS required.
• PALS/NRP within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote cooperative work environment through effective communication and teamwork.
• Provide respiratory therapies following department policies.
• Initiate and maintain mechanical ventilation and airway support per standards.
• Report routine clinical procedures to relief personnel to ensure continuity of care.
• Perform and maintain competency for point-of-care testing as assigned.
