Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown is seeking a Royal Service Agent to serve as a liaison for guests, handling requests, in-room dining orders, reservations, wake-up calls and guest communications in the Alice system.

You will greet guests by name, log and follow up on requests, provide local information and directions, coordinate with other departments, and uphold our standards of hospitality and safety.
