Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality guest service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a fast paced hospitality environment.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure highest level of guest satisfaction at every interaction.
• Assist with luggage delivery and related guest requests.
• Provide personal orientation of rooms in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain lobby presence and assist guests as directed by leadership.
• Keep lobby and main entrance clean, including glass surfaces and doors.
• Record deliveries accurately and ensure correct destinations and timely handoffs.
• Perform Doorman duties as directed by Guest Service Manager.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Fairmont standards and hospitality best practices.
• Answer inquiries about Washington, D.C. and hotel services.
• Coordinate timely arrival/departure of tours and groups.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures for emergencies and incidents.
• Assist with room changes as needed by Front Office.
