Job summary

RRD is seeking an experienced Concierge/Host in Washington, DC to greet guests, manage the lobby experience, and coordinate meetings and events with precision. You will escort visitors, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless, five-star level of service for clients and colleagues.

The role requires a polished presence, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience as Concierge/Host in high-end environments.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Professional presentation and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for guests and employees in the lobby.
• Escort guests to meeting rooms and inform hosts of arrivals.
• Provide 5-star guest service and anticipate guest needs.
• Coordinate events, transportation, and catering requests as needed.
• Manage room bookings and AV/food & beverage requirements.
• Answer phones, take messages, and monitor reception emails.
• Support visiting attorneys with scheduling and visitor passes.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
