Job summary

Fairmont Washington, D.C., Georgetown invites applications for the Fairmont Gold Supervisor, a full-time leadership role guiding the luxury Fairmont Gold floor operations in Washington, DC. You will foster exceptional guest experiences, manage staff on the Gold floors, and collaborate with Front Office to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.

Requirements include 2 years in guest service at a 4- or 5-star hotel, supervisory experience preferred, and familiarity with Opera or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of guest service experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Coordinate all aspects of the Fairmont Gold floors to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure that all team members have the necessary resources to exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain communication with all departments to deliver Fairmont Gold standards.
• Balance operational, administrative, and Colleague needs.
• Lead the operation of the Fairmont Gold arrival and departures experience.
