Percheron, LLC is seeking a Right of Way (ROW) Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, coordinating with field personnel and management to ensure successful delivery. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and analytical skills, with an emphasis on client contract negotiations and KPI-driven reporting.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (CPL/RPL preferred for Upstream PM), 6+ years in the industry, and proven supervisory experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPL or RPL certification for Upstream PM.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience.
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Good understanding of legal aspects of project documents, property values, environmental issues, and permitting requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Assist management with client contract negotiations.
• Coordinate project scope, budget, deliverables, and milestones.
• Refine SOPs and implement project SOPs at a project level.
• Attend client meetings and onsite audits.
• Generate and submit Change Order documentation.
• Provide project reporting to client.
• Manage direct reports and field personnel.
• Assist with project cost estimates.
• Coordinate with Marketing on events and CRM leads.
• Ensure accuracy of client invoices and GIS reporting.
