Job summary

Percheron LLC is seeking a Right of Way (ROW) Project Manager in San Antonio, TX to oversee projects and field personnel, ensuring delivery aligns with client scope, budget and milestones.

You will lead client negotiations, refine SOPs, and provide project reporting while coordinating with accounting and management. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Requires effective communication and strong attention to detail.
• Must demonstrate supervisory experience (2–4 years) and six years of relevant industry experience.
• Understanding of legal aspects of project documents and permitting processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong planning, organization and time management skills.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist management with client contract negotiations and review terms.
• Coordinate project scope, budget, deliverables and milestones with client needs.
• Develop SOPs aligned with client specifics and implement at project level.
• Serve as onsite representative and attend client meetings and audits.
• Generate Change Order documentation to support scope changes.
• Monitor staffing levels, provide coaching and conduct performance reviews.
• Assist Sales/Marketing with cost estimates; support CRM workflow.
• Participate in industry associations and events as required.
