Job summary

zTrip is seeking a dependable Routing Coordinator to support daily transportation operations, coordinating trips, monitoring routes, and communicating updates to drivers and customers. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, and quick decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have prior routing, dispatching, logistics, or customer service experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Previous experience in routing, dispatching, logistics, transportation, or customer service preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to analyze situations quickly and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with routing, scheduling, GPS, or fleet management software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and assign trips based on customer demand, driver availability, and service schedules.
Monitor routes and trip progress, making adjustments as needed to maximize efficiency and on-time performance.
Communicate route updates, trip details, and service changes to drivers in a clear and timely manner.
Respond to inquiries from customers and drivers, providing professional support and problem resolution.
Track and document routing activities, trip information, and service-related communications.
Work closely with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams to optimize daily transportation services.
