zTrip, North America's largest taxi transportation provider, is seeking a Routing Coordinator for the Weekend Shift to oversee driver assignments, monitor trips, and adjust routes as needed.

You'll support drivers, coordinate service, and communicate with customers to ensure reliable weekend transportation. Weekend schedule: Friday–Sunday, 4:00 AM–2:00 PM. Join a fast-paced team focused on accuracy and teamwork.

What You'll Do as a Routing Coordinator:

Route & Service Coordination

• Coordinate driver assignments to ensure efficient trip coverage and service availability.
• Monitor active trips and transportation activity throughout the shift.
• Adjust routes and assignments as operational needs change.
• Identify and resolve service delays or coverage gaps quickly and effectively.
• Help maximize service efficiency while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Driver Support

• Serve as a primary operational contact for drivers during weekend shifts.
• Provide trip information, route updates, and scheduling assistance.
• Assist drivers with operational questions and service-related concerns.
• Communicate important updates and instructions in a timely manner.
• Support drivers in maintaining smooth and efficient transportation operations.

Customer Service & Communication

• Assist with customer inquiries regarding transportation services and trip status.
• Address service-related issues professionally and courteously.
• Coordinate solutions for scheduling adjustments and service requests.
• Ensure a positive experience for passengers through effective communication and support.

Operational Administration

• Maintain accurate records of trips, service activity, and operational communications.
• Complete data entry and administrative tasks as required.
• Assist with operational reporting and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support daily workflows that contribute to overall operational success.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with operations, customer support, and management teams.
• Share critical service updates and operational information.

Qualifications of a Transportation Coordinator:

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, logistics, scheduling, routing, customer service, or operations coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience using dispatch, scheduling, or fleet-management software is a plus.
