Job summary

zTrip is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage daily transportation operations, coordinate drivers, monitor service activity, and ensure resources are used efficiently. You will communicate with drivers, assist with coverage, track fleet activity, and help resolve operational issues quickly in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork to keep transportation moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers and service coverage based on operational needs.
• Monitor driver activity and vehicle utilization throughout the day.
• Maintain communication with drivers regarding assignments and updates.
• Track fleet activity and service coverage; resolve issues as they arise.
• Update operational information within company systems and documentation.
