Job summary

zTrip is seeking a Driver Relations Coordinator to serve as a key liaison between drivers and management, streamlining communication, maintaining compliance, and supporting day-to-day operations.

In this role you will onboard new drivers, track licenses and documents, coordinate scheduling, assist with recruiting, and contribute to a positive driver experience across our growing national transportation network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for drivers regarding policies, procedures, and operational questions.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new drivers; maintain driver records.
• Track licenses, certifications, permits, and required documentation; monitor renewal deadlines.
• Assist with driver scheduling, route coverage, and availability tracking; coordinate with dispatch.
• Maintain databases, reports, and operational records; support audits and special projects.
