Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Trainee in the Denver/Aurora area to begin a rewarding, field-based career in service and customer care. You will receive hands-on training through our Service Certificate Program while supporting daily operations and learning multiple customer accounts.

This role sets you up for a future as a Route Service Representative, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, a focus on safety, and opportunities to build strong customer relationships on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT medical exam compliance required.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Participate in UniFirst’s Service Certificate Program to prepare for an RSR role.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of day.
• Deliver clean garments to customers and collect/return soiled items on each stop.
