UniFirst is hiring a Route Trainee to gain hands‑on training and support daily operations. You will learn through a structured program and gradually transition into a Route Service Representative role, delivering and returning garments while ensuring high service standards.

The role emphasizes customer focus, safety, and reliability, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and potential for growth into a full‑time route position.

• Ability to manage time effectively and stay on schedule.
• Comfort with learning new technologies to improve operations.

Responsabilités

• Participate in UniFirst’s Service Certificate Program to prep for an RSR role.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks.
• Deliver clean garments to customers and return soiled items.
• Provide route coverage during RSR absences to maintain service levels.
• Operate a company walk‑in truck on designated routes with safety in mind.
