Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, deliver garments and products, and build strong customer relationships.

The role involves daily pickups, load/unload tasks, and representing UniFirst with safety and professionalism on the road. You will service the same customers on a daytime schedule, with earnings potential through commissions and upselling, contributing to service excellence and business growth.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 21, and maintain a clean driving record.
• DOT requirements include a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently while serving customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned route and be primary contact for customers with daily deliveries and pickups.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks and ensuring accuracy at start of day.
• Deliver consistent, on-time service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers, identify upsell opportunities, and grow route revenue.
• Operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes, prioritizing safety and reliability.
