UniFirst seeks a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships on the road. You will support daily operations, ensure accurate deliveries, and represent UniFirst with professionalism across a nationwide network.

The role emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer-focused service, with Monday–Friday daytime hours on a single route.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to work independently.
• Relevant experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as primary contact, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing needs and upselling products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings potential.
• Operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes with emphasis on safety.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments, staying active and attentive to safety.
