UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products to customers daily.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, growing the account, and representing UniFirst with reliability and care on the road. You will work a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, with no nights or weekends, while staying safety-conscious and physically active.

Formación

• Professional customer service skills with the ability to work independently.
• Strong time management to handle a fixed route and schedules.
• Reliable communication with customers and internal teams.
• Must be dependable and safety-conscious on the road.
• Sales mindset to identify upsell opportunities on the route.
• Experience in route sales or delivery is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers.
• Assist with loading/unloading and daily route operations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling when appropriate.
• Drive sales growth by expanding the route and offerings.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
• Perform in a physically active role across indoor/outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and maintain compliance.
• Maintain a predictable Mon–Fri daytime schedule on the same route.
