Job summary

UniFirst is hiring a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships. You’ll assist with loading, unloading, and ensuring efficient operations, all while representing UniFirst on the road with a strong safety and service mindset.

You will grow your route through upselling opportunities, with earnings tied to performance on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and a nationwide customer base.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• DOT physical and requirements must be met.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route with daily deliveries and pickups.
• Assist with loading/unloading route trucks and daily operations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell garments and products when appropriate.
• Represent UniFirst on the road, prioritizing safety and professional service.
