Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to be the face of UniFirst on a fixed route. You’ll deliver and pick up garments, load and unload trucks, and build strong, lasting customer relationships with safety at the forefront.

Mondays through Fridays, daytime schedule with no nights or weekends. This is a commission-based role from day one, with earning potential tied to upselling and route growth as you service the same customers weekly.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience delivering on a route and managing customer expectations.
• Comfort with using new technology to improve operations and customer experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Knowledge of safety standards and DOT requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support Daily Operations: Load and unload route trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at start of each day.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: Ensure on-time deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: Build rapport, address service needs, and introduce new garments and products.
• Drive Sales Growth: Identify upselling opportunities to grow your route and earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: Operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes with safety first.
