Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to be the face of UniFirst for our customers on a dedicated route. You will deliver and pick garments daily, maintain accuracy, and grow relationships while representing a nationwide garment services leader.

The role is field-based, requires a valid driver’s license and a safety-minded approach, and offers commission-based earning potential along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License & Safe Driving Record: Must be 21+, valid license, clean record, reliable transportation.
• DOT Compliance: Meet all DOT requirements, including physical exam.
• Educational Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong Customer Service Skills: Independent work with a team mindset.
• Relevant Experience: Prior customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using new technologies to improve operations and customer experience.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: primary contact for customers delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support Daily Operations: load/unload route trucks, start each day accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: on-time deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport, address service needs, upsell products.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify opportunities to upsell and increase route earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes.
