Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route truck and service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with a comprehensive 10-week training program, offering base pay with commission potential, a 4-day workweek, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
