Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck on an established route, servicing and selling to an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, and other facility products. The position includes a 10-week training program with a starting hourly rate, a solid base salary plus commission after route assignment, a four-day workweek for most of the

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for >10,000 lb vehicle.
• Active driver’s license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Previous employment documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying safe and professional.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
