Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving on an established route to service and sell facility services, including uniforms and cleaning products, with emphasis on safety and quality.

You will build rapport with customers, upsell products, handle renewals, and maintain inventory control while following DOT regulations. Training is provided, with a four-day workweek and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for a vehicle > 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Be at least 21 years old and provide previous employment documentation.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
