Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemicals, and other facility products occur on a 4-day workweek with minimal nights or weekends.

You will build rapport with customers, upsell services, and ensure quality standards while adhering to DOT regulations and safety policies. This role offers a solid base salary with commission potential and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required; must be at least 21 years old; obtain DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base via upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
