Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and upsell within an existing client base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility products.

This role offers a 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route, a 4-day workweek, and minimal nights or weekends, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses and

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation of previous employment
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
• Clean driving record and safe driving habits

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
