Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a route vehicle to service and sell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products and other facility services.

You will have a 10-week training program, base salary with commission after route assignment, and many schedules feature a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends for most.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
