Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage a dedicated route, handle deliveries and pickups, and grow customer relationships with reliable, on-time service. You will represent UniFirst on the road, emphasize safety, and work in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.

You will earn via a commission-based structure starting day one, with competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT requirements, including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver consistent, on-time service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling products.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safe driving and professional conduct.
• Maintain a predictable, Monday–Friday daytime schedule servicing the same route.
