Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative in the Rental division to manage and grow customer accounts on an established route. You will deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility services, building rapport with decision makers along the way.

The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, a 4-day workweek, and bonuses/incentives. Training is provided, with a focus on safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles >10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
